Michelle Walsh, LCSW

Therapist

Michelle Walsh is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Michigan who has been practicing since 2018. She graduated from the University of Michigan School of Social Work. Michelle believes in the foundational tenet of Dialectical Behavior Therapy that states we are all doing our best, and we can also be doing better. She allows this to lead her practice as she acknowledges the stigma related to mental health treatment, our inherent discomfort of change, and the impact our environment and genetics have on our thoughts, emotions, and behavior. All this considered, Michelle approaches each individual from a place of non-judgment and understanding to allow positive change to happen. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys taking care of her multiplying houseplants, traveling to visit her family, doing anything creative, or simply watching a documentary while doing a jigsaw puzzle.
