Dr. Rohan Kedar was born and raised in Southeastern Michigan. He earned his Bachelor’s degree at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. He then attended Western Michigan Homer Stryker MD School of Medicine in Kalamazoo, MI and graduated as part of its inaugural class. He completed his psychiatry residency at Trinity Health St. Mary Mercy in Livonia, MI. Dr. Kedar enjoys learning about his patients’ stories and integrating psychotherapy with medication management. Matt Dow, PMHNP Matt Dow is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Michigan who has been practicing since 2023. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Eastern Michigan University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and went on to receive his Master’s Degree from Eastern Kentucky University as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Matt's previous experience includes more than five years in medicine and mental health, particularly working with those suffering from anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia and psychosis. Matt’s philosophy of care is to treat each patient as an individual with compassion, respect and to educate and inform using evidence-based practices. He always tries to make his patients feel like they’re being heard and does his best to consider what they want from their care. Matt takes time to educate and communicate with his patients regarding their diagnosis and medication to help them better understand the care they receive. He believes a supportive, therapeutic approach paired with safe medication management and a wholistic approach are the key to mental wellness. In his spare time, Matt enjoys running, hiking, travelling, watching movies, and table-top games.
