Allison Woodfield

Allison Woodfield is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 6 years of experience specializing in substance abuse, depression, anxiety, emotional & behavioral disturbances, and interpersonal impairments. Allison treats patients between the ages of 13 and 90 utilizing Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in her approach with clients. Allison has extensive experience counseling adolescents, adults, families, couples, and groups in both clinical and outpatient settings. In her clinical work, Allison is well versed in both traditional therapeutic techniques as well as creative modalities such as mindfulness-based therapies, music & art, role play & exposure, and hypnotherapy.In her free time, Allison enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling, spending time around animals and playing games, and adding new movies and TV shows to her personal collection as often as she can. Allison has a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Memphis in Tennessee. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology also from The University of Memphis.

Zubair has been in the field of nursing for over 10 years and has been a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner going on one year now. His role is to be a mental health advocate, a guide, a provider, and a lead educator. He has obtained his Master's in Nursing from Wayne State University. His personal philosophy is that one size does not fit all and that a catered and individualized experience is much more beneficial. Zubair uses his strong listening and in-the-moment techniques to assure his clients that the focus is on a collaborative approach and a team effort. He is a strong advocate for using a multimodal approach using multiple interventions to think outside the box. The focus is on you, the client as a whole and he intends to treat the mind, body, and soul.

Sara Minadeo is a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience specializing in depression, anxiety, crisis intervention, grief and loss. Sara has experience in treating patients 13 to 90 utilizing person centered and cognitive behavioral therapy. Sara has worked in a hospital setting in care management, in child welfare specializing in adoption and with victims of domestic violence. In her free time, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. Sara enjoys live music, traveling, sporting events and spending time at the lake. She also adores her pup, Otis. Sara has a Masters in Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University.

Kehly Thomas

Kehly Thomas is a licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years experience specializing in depression, anxiety, self esteem building, conflict resolution and unresolved trauma. Kehly treats patients between the ages of 11 and 90 utilizing Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered, Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in her approach with clients. Kehly has extensive experience in counseling adolescents, adults, seniors, families, groups & members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community in clinical and outpatient settings. In her clinical work, Kehly is well versed in traditional therapeutic techniques as well as person centered techniques to assist those who are overcoming symptoms of severe and persistent mental health concerns as well as challenges with being dually diagnosed. In her free time, Kehly enjoys spending time with her husband, roller skating, and being the ultimate sports mom for her son and daughter’s activities. She also loves being outdoors, watching and learning about all animals, and dining at unique places. Kehly has a Master of Social Work from Eastern Michigan University . She received her Bachelor of Social Work from Madonna University in Livonia MI.

Siarra treats patient between the ages of 6 and 90 utilizing Person Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in her approach with clients. Siarra has extensive experience counseling children, adolescents, adults, seniors, families, couples, and groups in both clinical and outpatient settings. In her clinical work, Siarra is well versed in both traditional therapeutic techniques as well as creative modalities such as play therapy, music, role play, and guided imagery. In her free time, Siarra enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She also loves traveling, cooking, and playing tennis. Mark Balino

Mark Balino is a Psychiatrist in Michigan who has been practicing since 2017. He earned a Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine from Edward Via Virginia College Of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Residency In Psychiatry from Detroit Wayne County Health Authority/Michigan State University. As a veteran himself, Mark is able to understand trauma and related mood disorders. He strives to put more emphasis on treating mental illness from a whole person perspective, and to put less dependence on the use of medications. In his spare time, Mark is a professional jazz pianist and comic book and Star Wars afficionado.

Dr. Robert DeMercruio, DO Dr. Robert DeMercruio is a Psychiatrist in Michigan who has been practicing since 1998. He is Board Certified in Psychiatry by the NBOME and graduated from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. DeMercruio is a specialist in psychopharmacology. He evaluates, diagnoses, and treats people who may be struggling with psychiatric conditions. Though this often includes the use of medication, it is founded on an understanding of the many aspects of a person that make them who they are and contribute to why they are going through what they are going through. In his free time, Dr. Robert DeMercruio enjoys woodworking, reading, dogs, and NDE studies.
